      The electric cooker oven was not heating. I believe in getting items repaired rather than throwing them as it is not good for the environment. I made enquiries from a large company. They wanted $155 for the repair and cover the appliance for one year. A friend recommended WH Appliance Services.They agreed to repair for $130 plus parts. I bought the element through the internet. The engineer visited from the company and he repaired it very quickly. I was very happy with the outcome. It was win-win in every way.
